Summary
Version 1.0 — last updated July 2026.
1. Introduction and scope
This Privacy Policy describes how UNIQ Security handles personal data collected through the uniqsecurity.io website and the contact channels made available on it. It applies to website visitors, prospective clients and anyone who sends personal data to UNIQ Security through the contact or scheduling forms.
Since UNIQ Security offers and promotes its services to companies located in Brazil, this policy is structured in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018), which applies to any processing of personal data of individuals located in Brazilian territory, regardless of the country where the controller is established.
2. Data controller identification
For the purposes of this policy, the controller of the personal data is:
- Legal name: UNIQ Security Ltd
- Registration number: 517374641
- Address: Brandeis 51, Ra'anana, Israel
- Privacy contact channel: ophir@uniqsecurity.io
3. Definitions
For clarity, we adopt the definitions established by the LGPD:
- Data subject: the natural person to whom the personal data refers.
- Personal data: information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Processing: any operation carried out with personal data, such as collection, use, access, storage or deletion.
- Controller: the party that makes decisions regarding the processing of personal data — in this case, UNIQ Security.
- Processor: the party that carries out processing on behalf of the controller, following its instructions.
4. Data collected
We exclusively collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling out a form on the website:
- Full name
- Corporate email
- Company
- Phone (optional field)
- Selected area of interest
- Content of the message sent
The website does not use tracking cookies, third-party pixels or analytics tools that collect visitor browsing data.
5. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data above for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Responding to your contact and conducting the business relationship — based on your consent, given by checking the agreement box on the form (art. 7, I, LGPD).
- Evaluating and structuring technical or commercial proposals — based on the execution of preliminary procedures related to a contract to which you are an interested party (art. 7, V, LGPD).
We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Sharing with third parties
Data submitted through the form is processed by Resend, a transactional email delivery infrastructure provider, acting as a processor, solely so the message reaches the UNIQ Security team. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
7. International transfer
UNIQ Security is a company incorporated in Israel, a country recognized by the European Union as offering an adequate level of data protection. Email processing by Resend may involve infrastructure located outside Brazil. For any international transfer, we adopt the safeguards required by the LGPD (art. 33) to ensure the data receives protection compatible with Brazilian law.
8. Retention period
We keep contact data for as long as necessary to conduct the business or technical relationship you initiated, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
9. Security measures
As a cybersecurity company, we treat data protection as a core part of our operation. Technical measures applied to this website and to the data processing described in this policy include:
- Website traffic fully encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Minimized collection: we only request the data strictly necessary to respond to your contact.
- Input sanitization to prevent malicious content injection.
- Rate limiting against automated form abuse.
- Use of a market-recognized transactional email processor, with its own information security practices.
10. Data subject rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you have the right to:
- Confirmation of the existence of data processing.
- Access to the data we hold about you.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance with the law.
- Portability of data to another service provider.
- Deletion of data processed based on your consent.
- Information about entities with which we share your data.
- Withdrawal of consent, at any time.
11. How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of the rights above, or to clarify questions about this policy, contact the party responsible for data processing: ophir@uniqsecurity.io. We respond to requests within a reasonable period, as provided for by the LGPD.
12. Cookies and tracking technologies
This website does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics tools or fingerprinting technologies. The only local persistence in the browser is the light/dark theme preference, stored on your own device and never transmitted to UNIQ Security.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, operational or website changes. The date of the most recent version is indicated at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated visibly on the website.
